What is your booking procedure?

In order to reserve your date, we require a signed contract for the confirmed services and a $100 non-refundable deposit that is applied to your wedding day services. Please note that we aren't able to hold dates unless we have a signed contract and a paid deposit. 

Can I change the number of services after my booking has been confirmed?

We schedule time and staff according to the services confirmed on your contract. We'll always do our best to add services at a later time, and usually we're able to, but we cannot guarantee their availability.

 

Once your wedding day is booked we prefer not to deduct services.However, if there is an emergency we will deduct 1-2 services without a fee as long as you still meet the minimum.

Do you have a minimum price requirement?

We always want to make your day special regardless of your bridal party size. Please note that our minimum pricing applies is $800 for Friday - Sunday, and $640 for Monday - Thursday.

When is it best to schedule my Trial Session?

We recommend scheduling a trial 1 to 2 months prior to your wedding. However, some clients can even schedule a trial the day before or even up to a year in advance.

 

When you decide to schedule your trial we suggest you bring your veil, jewelry and any inspiration photos of the makeup and hair you are interested in so that our staff can do their best to recreate them for you.

Can you provide more information on Trial Sessions?

We schedule 1 hour and 30 minutes for each full trial appointment. Please arrive with a clean, lightly moisturized, makeup-free face.

 

Anyone receiving a hair service must arrive with clean, dry hair. Wet or damp hair delays our team by 20 to 25 minutes per incident and there is a fee for our team to blow-dry($25).

 

If you have hair extensions, the fee to incorporate them is $25.

 

We recommend that you bring your veil, jewelry and any inspiration photos of the makeup and hair you are interested in so that our staff can do their best to recreate them for you.

Can I purchase your services just for myself?

Depending on availability, we offer hair and makeup for small groups (or just yourself) that do not meet our minimum fee. This package is $300 per person and includes hair, makeup and travel. If you would like lashes it is an extra $20 fee.

If I book an early morning Disney shoot, can you still provide your services?

We provide hair and makeup for Early Morning Disney Photoshoots, between 4am-7am. This package is $320 per person and includes hair, makeup, and travel.

If you would like lashes it is an extra $20 fee.

When is my balance due and what forms of payment do you accept?

The balance is due on your wedding day and we are able to collect individual payments in the form of cash or all major credit cards.

Do you offer discounts of any kind?

At LeJeune, we pride ourselves in making you and your bridal party look incredible on your special day. We only use high-quality products and tools, and recruit Central Florida’s best technicians to deliver unmatched services. For those reasons, the prices listed are the best we can offer in order to ensure you love your experience.
