Procedure

To reserve a date permanently, we require a signed contract and a $100 deposit. Once you receive the availability e-mail, please reply by e-mail to confirm your wish to reserve our services. Your date will then be reserved as PENDING, and a contract will be issued by e-mail. Once the contract has been issued, we allow 5 business days to work out contract details and to receive the contract back with your deposit. When we receive the contract and deposit, your wedding date will be changed from pending to a PERMANENT reservation. If the contract details have not been confirmed within five days of being sent out, the date will then become available to others.
